Sales Consultant

Location: Multiple locations (Ocala, Leesburg, Homosassa, Venice, Jacksonville, Gainesville, Crystal River)

Description: Help customers find their perfect vehicle by understanding their needs, demonstrating vehicles, and guiding them through the sales process. Previous sales experience preferred but not required. We provide comprehensive training.

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent, valid driver's license, excellent communication skills, customer-focused attitude.

Service Technician

Location: Multiple locations

Description: Diagnose and repair vehicles using manufacturer specifications and dealership procedures. Work with state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment in a modern service facility.

Requirements: Automotive technical training or equivalent experience, ASE certification preferred, ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Description: Help customers secure financing for their vehicle purchases. Work with multiple lenders to find the best rates and terms. Build relationships with customers and ensure a smooth financing process.

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent, previous finance or sales experience preferred, strong math and negotiation skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Description: Manage parts inventory, assist customers and technicians with parts orders, and ensure accurate parts identification. Maintain organized parts storage and handle customer inquiries.

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent, automotive parts knowledge helpful, attention to detail, computer skills, ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
